We typically have a few groups created and run by our DSPs meeting weekly or regularly for either a range of activities or particular activities (D&D, games, swimming, etc). We create our groups around individual personalities and shared interests. Our intention is to develop the connections and skills to build friendships, that runbeyond working hours. 

This group meets most Tuesdays for a variety of activities that they decide on as a group. Maybe it'll be Nerf Wars, days at the river, or outdoor video game sessions. You never know what they'll come up with!
